FUNDRAISE FOR US

FAQs

If I have my own place in the London Marathon, can I still fundraise for Wild Welfare?

Absolutely! Please get in touch with our Fundraising team via our Contact Us page for more information and to receive your fundraising pack.

What if I don't raise the stated minimum sponsorship requirement?

We understand that fundraising can be challenging, and we are deeply appreciative of the time and effort our runners put into it. Our minimum fundraising target of £2,000 for our London Marathon places, allows us to maximise the return of this valuable fundraising opportunity. We need to ensure that each runner is committed to raising a significant amount to support our vital animal welfare projects.

While we ask runners to cover any shortfall in fundraising, rest assured we will provide all the support and materials you need to meet and smash your target.

GiftAid and company Match Giving can count towards reaching your minimum fundraising goal, making it even more achievable to reach your target!

Will Wild Welfare provide me with a running vest or t-shirt?

Runners receive a digital fundraising pack, branded running vest and a London Marathon finishers medal.

Where can I learn more about the work Wild Welfare does?

Wild Welfare works globally to improve the lives of captive wild animals by uniting experts and facilities to find long-term sustainable solutions. We achieve this through practical support, training, resource development and by fostering a collaborative approach to raise wildlife welfare standards all around the world.
