Poachers attack French zoo rhino

Distressing news from France, where a white rhino at Parc Zoologique de Thoiry, has been killed by poachers for its horn. In the wild, rhinos are being poached daily and the people trying to protect them are often injured and sometimes tragically killed themselves. Events like this however, against captive wild animals, are incredibly rare if not unheard of and are extremely tragic.
